Partnership for Success Prevention Program
Region 5

Funded by the Arkansas Department Of Human Services Division Of Aging, Adult & Behavioral Health Services (DAABHS)

Partnership For Success (PFS) is a comprehensive initiative to curtail the onset and progression of substance misuse and its related challenges. This effort is carefully designed to strengthen the establishment and implementation of substance misuse prevention and mental health promotion services at both the state and community levels.  Grounded in the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF), a model firmly rooted in public health principles, this initiative highlights the crucial role of data-driven decision-making and the provision of evidence-based services. It places a significant emphasis on underserved communities, requiring a strong dedication to enhancing capabilities and thorough planning.

The Center for Healing Hearts and Spirits / WCAAA launched it initiative on April 1, 2024 and works to strengthen infrastructure of underserved communities in Region 5 (Pulaski, Saline, Garland, Hot Springs, Prairie, Lonoke, Clark, Montgomery and Pike) with high substance misuse risks for methamphetamine, marijuana, and other drugs (alcohol, tobacco, and electronic cigarettes).  For more information, call (501) 372-3800.
